I am Gaurav. I sell property in New Chandigarh.
I started in Mohali in 2014, when Mullanpur was still mostly fields and a master plan. I have watched these sectors fill in road by road, which is why I can tell you which pocket will have neighbours in two years and which one will not.
I work alone, so you deal with me from the first call to the registry. No junior calling you back, no file passed to someone else halfway.

How I work
Three things I will not do
Quote a fake price
The number on a listing is what the owner will actually take. If a seller is unrealistic I do not put the file up.
Hide a problem in the papers
If there is a pending due, a disputed mutation or an approval that has not come, you hear it from me first.
Push you into a deal
If a property is wrong for your budget or your plan, I will say so, even if it costs me the commission.
